Project Name: Management, Operation and Maintenance of Queenstown Water and Sewage Systems
Technology: Biolfiters, Activated Sludge Process, Conventional Water Works
Client: Chris Hani District Municipality
Location: Queenstown, Eastern Cape
Project Description: The call centre was implemented as an added value service using Pivotal as a CRM tool. Clients are automatically informed when as issue is reported and receive feedback once the issue has been resolved.
Eskom
Project Name: The Operation and Maintenance of a Sanitary Sewer Treatment Plant and The Construction of a Potable Water Treatment Plant at Kusile Power Station Project
Client: Eskom
Location: Kusile Power Station
Project Description: WSSA was required to train five Eskom employees in either network management or process controlling. Both NQF 2 certificates were completed within 12 months and the employees were re-deployed within the organisation.

Project Name: Management, Operation and Maintenance of Water & Wastewater Treatment Facilities and Associated Distribution Infrastructure
Technology: Rural Schemes
Client Name: uThungulu District Municipality
Location: KwaZulu Natal
Project Description: WSSA was requested to establish a management system to ensure effective distribution and tracking of water tankers used to deliver water to communities without access to water. The Tankering Management System (TMS) was integrated into the CRM system which was able to give real-time information regarding the location of the tankers using GPS technology. Clients received monthly reports regarding the distances travelled and volumes distributed.
