Through City Services Management (CSM), WSSA offers extensive international experience in the development of strategies, and the operational and project management for the land information management requirements of municipalities and water or electricity utilities.

Our development and implementation of a property value chain (PVC) and land information IT system (LIS) has enabled accurate billing of customers for three South African cities. The LIS IT system is integrated with the geographical information system (GIS) of each city, thereby ensuring that all properties within the municipal boundaries are identified and loaded on to the billing system.
