WSSA is able to carry out skills gap evaluations and then design and implement customised training and skills development programmes to bridge the gaps identified.

Training programmes cover the full spectrum of water cycle skills, from design and operational processes to plumbing and pipe laying skills, technical support services, health and safety and other water-related services.

WSSA also provides on-site managers, supervisors and trainers to oversee initial operations and help develop the in-service skills of client staff members.
