Quality and Performance Monitoring
| WSSA provides extensive quality monitoring services, either on-site or via approved SANAS-accredited laboratories. These services include: * environmental ground water and surface water monitoring; * testing through each of the process phases; * testing within the distribution and reservoir system; * monitoring and testing consumer effluent discharge points, and generating pollution charges in terms of municipal by-laws; and * odour control. In addition to our on-site performance monitoring against benchmarks and agreed performance indicators, we also offer our clients remote, real time off-site monitoring of, and support for, all plant processes and performance outputs through Q-TRAK our online monitoring tool that identifies potential non-compliances, provides support to site staff and monitors corrective actions. |
